Jinan Kunrui Optical Science and Technology Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise devoting ourselves to LED lighting products. We specializes in designing and manufacturing secondary optics-LED glass lenses for the emerging solid state lighting companies such as CREE, Bridgelux, Edison, Lumileds, Philips, Osram, Seoul and other LED Manufacturers. Our mission is to help our customers to optimise optics performance in creating solid state lighting products. Glass lenses are available in a wide variety of package with numerous beam pattern options and size, such as residential lighting, commercial lighting, street lighting, or architectural lighting.
Our factory is located in the south of the Yellow River-Chinese mother river and covers a total area of over 2000 square meters with more than 150 professional workers. In addition, to make sure that our products of high quality and high standard, we have been repeatedly introduced lens international advanced production line, 1400 degree high temperature generated from our furnace can fully melt the optical glass to make the glass surface cleaning without blemish, the four column hydraulic press is provided with high consistence and precision to ensure the consistency of our products, and the 30 meter orbit annealer can wholly remove the stress from lens forming, which will make the the products high strength without cracking. Therefore, we can promise that every piece of our lens can meet the national and international standard.
At present, our company has over 10 optical lens R&D experts, tooling engineers, process engineers, together focus on researching, developing and manufacturing high quality optical lenses. In addition, we has repeatedly introduced developed technology and advanced equipments from America, South Korea and Japan. Based on this, our optical lenses win good reputation at home and abroad, and have been exported to more than thirty countries from Europe, America, Asia, Africa and other regions.
